Outside Band in a Box you can run the tuner by navigating to your default \bb\ folder and double clicking on Tuner^.exe. You can also set a shortcut file to Tuner^.exe and leave it on your desktop or in a Start menu folder.
Before you can use the tuner you need an audio input connected to your PC. Your instrument needs to be connected to this input. It is best to check the input is functioning correctly before attempting to use the tuner.
When the guitar tuner opens you should select either the guitar or bass radio buttons. This choice determines whether the tuner is set for six or four strings. You may also apply a hum filter which might be useful for guitars with single coil pickups.
Play an open string, say the E string. The tuner should display a wave form and the closest note to the strings current tension. There is also a display showing how close the string is to this note in cents. Tune up or down, as appropriate, until the display reads E and is no more than a few cents from perfect E.
The VOX Cambridge50 is an ambitious product that opens new possibilities in a modeling guitar amp. It features Nutube, for real tube distortion and response, and an open-backed cabinet equipped with a 12-inch Celestion speaker for the classic VOX tone. Its simple design allows you to easily dial in settings on the face of the amp, or save your favorite settings as presets. With 11 types of amp models, 8 built-in effects, and a built-in tuner, this amp is perfect for many applications and any style of music.
Proprietary VET (Virtual Element Technology) allows an unprecedented degree of realism. In addition to the amp models, the original circuit itself has been reevaluated, carefully modeling the way in which the sound is effected by the wooden cabinet and the response of the 12-inch speaker. In addition to the classic AC30, this single unit gives you the sounds of a wide range of amps including well-known tube amps, modern high-gain amps, and rare boutique amps. LINE is also provided to support acoustic-electric guitars and keyboards, further expanding the useful scope of this unit.
The VOX Cambridge50 features a Celestion VX12 speaker that takes full advantage of the 50W output. The rear of the unit uses an open-backed structure, delivering the open and crisp sound that you expect from a 12-inch speaker.
The VOX Cambridge50 features a Nutube, the new-generation vacuum tube. Using electro-luminescent technology with the same structure as a conventional vacuum tube, the Nutube has been featured in a variety of products from VOX and others. The distortion and sense of compression that you expect from a vacuum tube, and even the response and playing feel, perfectly capture the feeling of playing a vacuum tube. In addition to the light-weight design that was unobtainable by a conventional vacuum tube amp, the Nutube brings additional unique advantages such as being maintenance-free and cost-effective.
The VOX Cambridge50 features USB audio interface functionality that lets you connect to your computer via USB and record the Nutube sound directly. In addition to letting you enjoy performing, this unit is perfect for integrating with your home recording setup.
The Tone Room editor/librarian software supports the VOX Cambridge50. You can use it to access parameters that are not accessible from the unit itself, and store your settings in a library. In addition to Mac/Windows, iOS/Android are supported, allowing easy access via USB.
The separately sold VFS5 footswitch lets you use your foot to change programs. When the footswitch is connected, program memories are expanded to eight types. This provides perfect support for your on-stage performances.
With JamVOX III modeling software bundled, you can easily enjoy playing guitar on your PC. You can take advantage of the GXT function that lets you extract, emphasize, or remove a specific part from an existing song; you can also use the music player function to play back a loop from a song that you are learning or practicing, and even change its tempo. ASIO drivers are supported, so you can also record and play back via software other than JamVOX III, such as a DAW or guitar amp simulator.
The VOX 2ch USB-ASIO Driver allows certain VOX Products to be used
as an ASIO compatible USB audio interface. With this driver, you can
play and record audio with very low latency with an ASIO compatible application.
* VOX 2ch Audio Driver may not work on some PCs, and it may prevent some applications from working properly.
* We recommend uninstalling the VOX 2ch Audio Driver when using the target VOX product with non-ASIO driver mode or general-purpose ASIO driver.
I can't get CLDC to work on a new RS2014 install.
This happened on a fresh install a few months ago.
I had to Repair them all in CSFM.
I did that again and they still won't load they sit there and hang after the tuner, you get audio and can play your guitar....but the song never loads and starts.
I did the "justincaseyouneedit" beta previous version because today's update breaks RS_ASIO.
Is there something else I can try besides Repair?
Wait, I just re-downloaded AC/DC's Flick of the Switch and the new DL wouldn't load either.
Is there any recourse here?
I believe I am hitting the same problem. I was playing fine yesterday and this morning when I came to do my "usual-Saturday-routine" the software (doesn't matter if it is from Steam or clicking directly to the Rocksmith2014.exe) won't start and it doesn't say anything it just goes back from 'Stop" to "Green-Play" btn (or if you run the .exe you won't see anything at all).
this is still happening 2 days later for me and i've tried every workaround (legacy branch, re-downloading the dll file, fresh re-install of the whole game) and i'm still unable to play CDLC. does anyone know what else i could possibly do?
The update screwed up my Rocksmith cdlc, because of some shenanigans I did before the update,It didn't delete many of my dlcs from working & staying in the game, but many it did delete which is total bs.(I can't say what I did because I don't want to get banned)
I had to install a Rocksmith 2014 update yesterday, it wasn't a Steam update, it was an update for the game. And exactly after this update Rocksmith stopped working, I can get it running with that cDLC dll file. I wanted to try to roll back the game to an older version, but it's not possible, I probably need a beta tester code to get that roll back function on steam.
i believe by "let it load songs" they mean to load the game and stay on the main menu until the "enumerating downloadable content" box in the top right disappears. this means that the game has loaded all the songs from the folder and that they now all show up in the list. could take anywhere from less than a second to 30-40 seconds depending on how many songs you have.
Same problem for me too. If the .dll is in the directory the program will not load. Take it out (rename to .dll.bak) and it works, the Ignition4 songs are there but will not play: the thumbnail displays but Rocksmith hangs and I have to Alt-F4
Pianoteq is the starting point of a new generation of physically modelled virtual instruments, developed from mathematical research made at the Institute of Mathematics of Toulouse at INSA Toulouse, France.
Pianoteq introduces the fourth generation of pianos, based on physical modelling. It offers extraordinary playability and unique physical parameters that model the behaviour of real acoustic pianos.
With Pianoteq, you can adapt the piano sound to your own taste. Unique parameters that model the behaviour of real pianos result in great realism, until now only to be experienced on real acoustic pianos.
Using 32-bit internal computation, the calculated piano sound is free from quantization noise. True dynamic timbre results, from the faintest pianissimo to the strongest fortissimo, for all 127 standard MIDI velocities (and even more with high resolution MIDI).
Everything that characterizes a real piano is there: the mechanical noises, the complex sound of pedals and strings in interaction, the percussive impact on staccato play (short notes), and of course, most importantly, the beauty of the piano sound.
The second generation brought innovative sounds (such as the Fender Rhodes, Wurlitzer, Yamaha CP 80, and others), whereas the third generation only reproduced recorded samples. Based on an effective physical model, Pianoteq allows you to adjust and stretch parameters, resulting in new sounds and performance styles. Pianoteq is both away to emulate existing pianos and an innovative tool for music creation.
Pianoteq is in fact the first virtual piano factory: it can produce new brands as well as copies of existing instruments, from historical instruments such as harpsichords and pianofortes to contemporary grand pianos or the more recent electro-acoustic pianos.
[2] In PIANOTEQ Stage, preset loading is limited to parameters that are present in the interface. Presets built with PIANOTEQ PRO can be loaded in PIANOTEQ Standard without limitation.
Pianoteq works on computers equipped with Windows, macOS or Linux. You can use Pianoteq in standalone mode or as a plug-in instrument in a VST, VST3, Audio Units or AAX host. Pianoteq runs in 64-bit mode. We recommend visiting www.modartt.com where you will find the latest information, a detailed FAQ page and a tutorial on how to connect your hardware.
