Anyone experiencing task duplication?

I have a customer that is experiencing some of the tasks duplicating
from time to time. Is anyone else experiencing this? I would be
grateful for any information that could help me locate this potential
bug

Hello,
I have the same problem.
after every synchronisation I have copy in new "none list " and in
"default list" in short time I have got 5375 tasks in default list.
that means: program automaticly moved my tasks somewhere else and
change the categories!
please help immedeately!!!
