Unable to create folder to account

Hi,

I use Outlook 2013. I've read the instructions and installed gogtasks properly. When I was signing up there was a notification that no folders coud be created on my account. Now the synchronisation doesn't work. What to do? Do I need a different account?

You simply need to create a local file store. Please check out this guide for details.
