Hi, fellow green Medfordites

 

On Tuesday October 29 in the afternoon —exact time to be determined by shipper— Trees Medford will be receiving 70+ bare root trees from a distributor in New York and getting them delivered to recipients all over Medford. I’ve been involved in this several times and it’s really wonderful to see how enthusiastic the folks are who are getting these new trees,

 

This year we need help with three tasks:

 

#We need drivers with pickup trucks or vans who can help us deliver the trees.

#We need volunteers to accompany those drivers to help load and unload the trees,

#We need a few people to help set this all up behind the West Medford Community Center.

 

We already have several TreesMedford members working on this, but we could use a little more help. Please consider joining us in this effort to make Medford greener. If you’re available and willing, please contact Sarah Gerould: sger...@gmail.com.
