Sharing an excellent and inspiring article in the Ideas section of today's Boston Globe. It celebrates the late 19th-century environmental advocacy of Elizur Wright and others, notably the Forest Festivals that helped lead to the creation of the Middlesex Fells Reservation that we so cherish today.
