关于status字段的修改

Hi all ：

   上周发了个关于speedagent的memcache初始化的一些 table的加入status修改工作的邮件，更新后大部分已经加入，目前还存在部分没有加入的。以下是未加入status字段的一些pojo。麻烦相关人员检查一下，可能存在一些1.5已经不使用的，也麻烦了解的人员告知一下谢谢。
