Hi, I'm new here. I'm also a bit of a noob with Eclipse and totally
with Gogoego.

Is there a Getting Started page that I missed? I would like to
compile and then run Gogoego; however, I am stuck from the get go. I
presume it is an Eclipse project. What is the proper way to import the
project into Eclipse from its directory SVC'd on my drive? My
attempts either leave me with uncompilable paths or fifty com.solarium
projects in the root of my Eclipse project's listings. Has someone
blogged a walk-through for getting going with Gogoego?

Also, it sure looks like the traffic within this group has slowed over
the last six months. Why would that be?

Thanks,
Kendal

Hi Kendal,

Better late than never!

The easiest way to get GoGoEgo running is to create a new workspace in
Eclipse, and check out the CSPECS project. From there, you can use a
tool called Buckminster (http://www.eclipse.org/buckminster/) to run
the appropriate CSPEC file and it will automatically check out all the
necessary projects into your workspace. Finally, you can find the
plugin com.solertium.gogoego.equinox.application, containing
plugin.xml, which you can use to both run and export GoGoEgo. It
should also contain some README files.

Also, the traffic slowing is likely due to a bit of rebranding we are
doing with the product right now, as well as a development freeze as
we harden existing features and begin to plan point releases.

Apologies for the lack of documentation, hope this helps,
