Event Name: National Fellowship Day Event Date  :   24-11-2013 Name of participants  :   CPCr.Ameesha,Amisha Notes  :   CPCr.Ameesha,Amisha went to Mysore to celebrate NFD.It was lovely day social with Cricket theme,all played cricket and it was lovely with Breezer & Biryani for lunch.She met last year Nat.Twr.Kavya,Nat.Editor Namrata Shenoy, Masuma Wagh.All were dressed in whites & blues.

Event Name: Area 7 Fellowship Event Date  :   03-12-2013 Name of participants  :   Cr.Rani,Divya,Kavita Manish & CP.Ameesha Notes  :   Area7 fellowship had an CP.Ameesha Ankur's farm It was a nice theme all in Anarkalis- 'Anarkali Disco Chali'.There was a surprise best dressed prize.The decor with marigold flowers and glittering balls ,light music played,had a cake cutting at the pool side and lunch after wards.NatSec.Cr.Prachi,NatVP.Cr.Sowmya Sanjay,Area7CP.Malavika are there in Area7 fellowship.

Event Name: Fellowship Event Date  :   09-12-2013 Name of participants  :   CPCr.Ameesha,Shilpi,Kripa,Divya Notes  :   We went to Cr.Kavitha.J's residence to see and welcome our new little twinkler and gave baby bouncer on behalf of TLC-44.

Project Name  :   Joint Project with MHLC-108 Date  :   23-11-2013 Cost  :   3750.00 Circlers Attended  :   Cp.Ameesha Project Details 20th project of the year.Joint project with MHLC-108,We gave footwear for 45 students at Government School as our National initiative project of the year 'Soles for Souls'. Our Nat.Editor Namrata Shenoy,CP.Shehnaz and Cr.Sangeeta Mahesh of MHLC-109 and CP.Ameesha were present.

Project Name  :   'Believe in Power of 10' Date  :   28-11-2013 Cost  :   2000.00 Circlers Attended  :   Project Details 21st project of the year at Ahmedabad done by CP.Kajal Agarwal-AFLC-111.An inter-area project she gave canvas shoes and chocolates to 118 children at Manav Sadhana school,Ahmedabad as it was the National Initiative Project 'Soles for Souls'.Cost of the project is Rs.19,480.

Project Name  :   Joint Project with SLC-28 Date  :   03-12-2013 Cost  :   7000.00 Circlers Attended  :   Cp.Ameesha,Kavita Manish,Divya Project Details 22nd project of the year gave an EFX machine to the physically and mentally challenged children at Prashanti Academy.It was a joint project with SLC-28 CP.Deepa Arun and Nat.VP.Sowmya Sanjay were present.Total cost of this project was 14000.

Project Name  :   'Believe in Power of 10' Date  :   09-12-2013 Cost  :   2000.00 Circlers Attended  :   Project Details 23rd project of the year,it was a joint project at Surat.'Believe in power of 10' project was done in Surat by CP.Seema of SMLC-102 gave 2 Almirah's and Note books resorting the library at Sachin Ashramshala on the occasion of their Charter's Day.

EXTENSION:

Prospect name : Anishka Parmanandka

Date of joining  :   13-12-2013 Notes  :   Cr.Kripa inducted Prospect Anishka, all of them welcome Anishka and congratulate her to become a new circler of TLC-44.

Discussions / plans Our Circle TLC-44 will be one of the Sponsor Circle of Singapore Circle. The date finalised for our Circle is May end to Singapore the last meeting.

Event Detail  :   4th publicity of the year on 29th Nov. kept the donation boxes at 'Tulsi Retail Stores','Big Bazaar',Deli Fresh' and 'Sulochana Pharmacy'.

Event-Name : AIDS AWARENESS

Event Detail  :   5th publicity of the year on 2nd Dec. as to mark off the Aids day,we gave flyers on 'AIDS AWARENESS' to 8 Medical stores at 2 branches of Geeta pharmacy,Bawa medical, Sulochana Pharmacy,Kannan medical stores,Revathy medical hospital to give a flyer to every customer.Past Cr.Heena Cheeda,CP.Ameesha and Divya were present.

Event-Name : Christmas Fun

Event Date  :   13-12-2013 Name of the Participants  :   Twr.Karan,Rozan,Mouli,Juhi,Sumer,Vaariya,Bhavya,Shivansh,Jay and Tejash were present. Notes  :   TwrConv.Cr.Shilpi had organised a Christmas fun for Twinklers.She had kept some activities and games for twinklers and a nice fellowship for Circlers. All dressed in red,white & green with lovely decoration...and feast with cake, popcorns, jellys, juices,and fryums at Cr.Pooja Alex residence. Twinklers had a great time. .

Secretarys Report  :   Cr.Divya sent the 6th meeting minutes to TLC-44 group, National Board and Area Board & also got the information for previous meeting.

CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT:

Chairperson Time  :   1)CP.Ameesha exchanged TLC-44 flag with SLC-28, SMALC-91, MLC-9 & with NatSec.Prachi also. 2)Pin exchanged with-42,85,28,91,69,9. 3)Recd. a thanku letter from Murugampalayam school. 4)Recd. a Bio-data of Cr.Masuma Vagh for the post of NVP. 5)Discussed with the floor circlers about the voting of NVP. 6)Read out the proposals from Annual Report.

ANY OTHER MATTER:

Any Other Matter to report  :   1)NatSec.Prachi gave chocolates for all Circlers of TLC-44 & 2 keychains. 2)Raised Rs.373 from 1st donation box which kept in Deli fresh store. 3)Got a invite from Revathy Medical Centre for opening ceremony. 4)Asked everyone if anyone joining for NAGM, Goa. 5)CP.Ameesha announce that she is taking a post in National board next year. 6)She ask Circlers if any one to take up any posts for next year.
