Circle Sparkle Yearly Report

Dear Sparkling CPS & Secretaries,

Warm Seasons Greetings from National Secretary!!!

Sparkling Secretaries, you have filled the first Quarter Report, Half yearly report & the third Quarter reports brilliantly, need to follow the same guidelines, its as below for your reference. All you girls need to do is just add a row mentioning the Heading as 4^th Quarter & Grand Total as shown in the sample Circle Sparkle Yearly Report.

There are a few common queries regarding reporting for the Quarter sheets:

1) The Circle Sparkle Yearly Report should contain all the Circling activities done in the whole year( Quarter 1 to quarter 4, till 30^th June 2016)

please report all activities done till 30^th June 2016 only.

     2)When you are reporting a joint project with any circle or an area project with other Circles, please report only the circle      Funds contributed as the total cost of the project.

    3)When you do a joint project with your Table/RTI or any other organisation, total cost of the project will be the actual     full project cost. Please mention the Circle contribution under Circle funds and the Table contribution/ balance under         sponsorship received.

Total projects upto 4^th Quarter will have E2E, NON E2E & RT/LC week projects.

    4) Please do not split fellowships that happen on the same day into 2 or 3 fellowships. We are NOT focusing on shooting up  the number of fellowships but making sure we are just having fellowships unlimited as they increase our bonding. If 2 or 3  events continuously happen along with one get-together, please consider it as ONE fellowship.

    5) This 4^th Quarter update & Circle Sparkle Yearly Report will be in continuation of the 3^rd Quarter report & should be    added in the same sheet, after creating a heading as Quarter -4, to get Circle 4^th Quarter report. similarly for the Grand    total as well. So now at the end of our Sparkle Year, You have all 4 quarters in the same report.

Pls create a Table mentioning as Grand Total at the end of the 4^th Quarter report for the Grand total of 1^st, 2^nd , 3^rd & 4^th Quarter reports, to get grand total figures, as shown in the sample sheet.

Please fill in your data of 4^th Quarter , rename the report as "LC 1 Sparkle Yearly Report.” depending on your LC no, and reach them to your ACPs before the 3^rd of July Following this deadline is important because your ACPs have to compile the data & send them on 5^th of July 2016 to Nat Board.
