My dearest circlers, 

Warm Greetings from your President! 

I hope all of you are enjoying the festivities of Eid & Onam, celebrating it with family & friends!

We at the LC INDIA national board are working hard & looking forward to our NAGM Chill Maadi. 

Our very efficient National SECY Veda worked on & compiled the 2nd annual report   2015-16 & agenda papers 2016-17  & made sure the soft copy of the same reached the floor of LC India 21 days before the NAGM! The hard copies of the annual report will reach you before the NAGM! 

Request you all to have a meeting & discuss the proposals & candidate you would like to vote for! 

As Headboard 2015-16, we decided to follow the unwritten rule of sending the annual reports to all the circlers! As a member of an organisation you are entitled to receive an annual report & hence a hard copy has been sent to all of you! 

I am totally for going go green & it's good to evolve & do what's best for our organisation! 

There is a proposal to print only two hard copy annual report per circle! So if u think that's the best way forward please do discuss it in your meetings & do the needful at the NAGM in Bangalore! 

Looking forward to meeting you all soon to Chill Maadi in Bangalore!
