This libgo patch generates better error messages then the Go GOARCH
and GOOS values can't be determined from the target. This indicates
that the target is not supported. This is for GCC PR 113530.
Bootstrapped and ran Go testsuite on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu. Committed
to mainline.
