Importing multichannel 4-D images not acquired with MegaCapture or LSM

I'd like to use GoFigure2 to assist analysis of my multichannel 4-D time series that I acquired with olympus confocal microscope. The image files are not meg or lsm format. Is there any way to convert my image files into a format that GoFigure2 can read?
