* description:
This is an enhancement than a bug but it elicits an erroneous track from
the user

------------------------------------------
* how to reproduce it:
1. Switch between Track and Mesh views in the TableWidget
2. TrackID is reset to 1 instead of keeping it current
3. User automatically continues tracking or segmenting with TrackID=1
and resets the original meshes TrackID 1 to 0.

1. Create a track, check that average volume of track is computed
2. Close and reopen session
3. Average volume of track is 0
