Cannot assign contour at another timepoint to a mesh in the table
widget. Have to change to that timepoint first.

* how to reproduce it:
1. Open gofigure. Make a contour at timepoint t=T
2. Change to t=T+1
3. From table widget, assign contour at t=T to a new mesh. GoFigure
complains

Cannot make a contour and then assign to a mesh-id

* how to reproduce it:

The mesh dropdown menu in contour view of the table-widget does not show
any meshes. As a result, one cannot assign a contour to a mesh-id.
