Please join us for a fun day of riding and celebrating the life and times of VVA!

Who is VVA?  if you don't know you should come find out for your self, but here are a few tid bit's!

1. Possibly the first Mountain Biker

2. One of the first Mountain Bike Race/Ride promoters

3. Mountain Bike hall of Fame'r....Legit!

4. Has put on some of the most interesting and notorious MTB events ever

5. Used to ride hundreds of miles to races then race, then ride (not drive) to the next race.

**Actually I rode with him yesterday 4/24 and this is not totally but partially true.......

6. Has been known to survive on road kill between races........

7. At the very least one of the most interesting people you may ever meet! 

** this is totally true.......he's 72 and he'll keep up with you!

So we are putting on a ride with Victor!

Meeting at CCB between 9 and 10 AM , 10:05 roll up Poly Canyon/tracks/Elevator, up and down shooters, hit the Euc's, Elevator, and Stenner, back to CCB for BBQ and libations.

We will have special editions of VVA in SLO T-shirts!  29 available (I've got mine....Vintage VVA/ SLO Edition!) Bring 20 bucks for a piece of history!

We will have some sort of pot luck/BBQ TBD, to feed Victor and ourselves.

We will be passing the hat to send Victor to his next destination (he picks up trash, and spreads the word about living the bike life and saving the planet..... it's what he does!), and some of the proceeds will go to SLOCBC.

So save the date, and come out and ride, order a t-shirt, and let's show Victor some SLO pride and stoke!
