GOES HRIT - DSI Lifted Index Now Available

Starting July 1, 2023, NOAA started sending two DSI products on the HRIT downlink: DSI CAPE, and DSI Lifted Index (LI). Before, we only got DSI CAPE. Both products have the same identifiers, and the current version of goestools cannot tell them apart.

To fix the issue, I've written a patch for goestools available here. The patch splits DSI out into DSI-CAPE and DSI-LI so both image types can be processed and saved.

Goesproc confs will need to be updated as well to handle dsi-cape and dsi-li. To update existing confs that process Non-CMIP images like DSI, see this patch. To add a gradient that resembles the one shown in NOAA's official document, see this patch.
