MESO 2 Imagery from GOES 16 inactive temporarily

When one MESO is tasked with providing 30-second imagery, as they are doing now using MESO 1 for Hurricane Ian (also the name of the HRIT Manger...lol) the secondary domain, in this case MESO 2 is NOT active. This is also why it does not appear on the CIRA RAMMMB, SSEC and other online sat imagery pages after 1735 UTC 09/26/2022
