My wife went to continue her game in Mass Effect Andromeda and she got a message saying "Unable to load or save file because it is linked to game content that is no longer installed: Deep space pack and Deluxe edition pack please reinstall and try again." I purchased the deluxe at launch and have not uninstalled anything. I do not want to purchase anything again. I started a support chat and all they were able to do is confirm I purchased it and that's it. Can anyone help?

I have purchased the deluxe edition of Mass Effect: Andromeda and redeemed the code to receive bonus items. The deluxe items are not showing up in-game. I have checked the spot in-game where the items should be, I have also checked the Addons for PS4 to make sure that the content has indeed been downloaded. In addition, I have renewed my licenses. So how do I get my deluxe items?

once the code is redeemed and its completely downloaded go to the tempest (your ship) check your email. there will be a couple messages talking about the pet and other dlc once you confirm them go to your room on the tempest and go to your desk next to SAM there will be a data pad on the right side closest to the door. interact with it and all items and such will be added.

When you're in peaceful, noncombat environments, Ryder will wear street clothes. You have three different outfits to choose from in the regular version of the game, but the deluxe edition will include the casual pathfinder outfit, which is basically just a futuristic looking hoodie.

The deluxe edition also includes a full set of scavenger armor. It looks more cloth-like and lightweight than some other armor sets, and it includes a pretty slick looking scarf. By default, it has a black and purple color scheme, but you can customize the colors to look however you want. The following image shows it in a dark gray and blue color scheme.

Mass Effect: Andromeda might have put the franchise on the back burner for a while, but EA hasn't given up on the sci-fi game quite yet. Mass Effect: Andromeda deluxe edition is now available via EA Access on Xbox One and PC.

If you've already played Mass Effect: Andromeda, this might be the perfect opportunity to revisit it. Revealed via Twitter after a tease in October, all EA Access members will be able to play the base game itself, but get a few extras for the journey as well.

The deluxe version of the game includes the Pathfinder Elite weapon set, Deep Space Explorer armor, Scavenger armor, two Pathfinder casual outfits, skins for the Nomad all-terrain vehicle, a pet Pyjak, a digital soundtrack, and the multiplayer deluxe launch and booster packs.

BioWare ceased its support of the title in August, but even if we won't see another Mass Effect game for a while, it's not the definitive end. A delayed novel, Mass Effect: Annihilation, is set to release June 2018.
