my little guy is 17 months today and we got him a scuttle bug for Christmas, honestly he doesn't have huge interest in it yet, has sat on it a few times and gone backwards! I'm sure he will get a lot more use out of it in the next few months.

We got the trike for 1st birthday and use it all the time. My daughter is 22 months now. If she is reluctant to get in the buggy she will go in the trike no problem. I got the scuttle bug a few months ago and she enjoys bopping around on it. Not every day. But I don't think she'd have been interested in it at 15 months even though she was walking unassisted from 11 months. She much preferred to push things at that age

Depends what you want it for really! We got a similar trike for my nephew for his 1st birthday. He was able to manage a regular small scooter very early maybe by 18m (walked about 13/14m I think). He could also use a small balance bike very early on

We have a qplay trike. It's brilliant, she loves being pushed in it around the town. She's is 21 months, so bar trying to steer it she just sits there. But it's great to know it'll accommodate her as she grows til she can cycle around on her own. For now it serves as a buggy without them feeling they are in a buggy.

Just looking for some reviews on either. Would I be wasting my time with the trike I wonder at this stage (would buy second hand)? 15 month old has been walking for 6 months now and her stroller tolerance isn't great lately! Got a balance bike for Christmas and although she's tall, her feet don't reach the ground yet so need something to bridge the gap.
