Oc on hold till it resolved

Oc is on hold because of below issue but godrej is working hard to sought it out on earliest as they are arranging water via tankers

How can they charge maintenance from 1st of Jan if they have not given
possession. They have already collected all the outstanding amount at
least for Tower H in the month of December including registration
cost.

They clearly told in writing that they have received Occupancy certificate while issuing the last demand for Possession for Tower H .. if they have told this ..how can they say now that OC is on hold .. Not sure what is happening..

I don't think it's a panic situation 

Maintainence  start date is again in discussions and hopefully will move again to Feb..March.... Wait and watch or can check again with them 

Regarding oc this petition was filed in dec and demand were raised long back... 

 Hopefully they will send communication soon On these matters

True; But they have taken registration amount in a DD which is valid
for 3 months.

The last email I got from them confirmed that I will get possession in March which syncs with wha Ankur says about maintainance starting in March.

Let me clarify here .. Godrej asked for final payment in Nov 2014 for 5 towers ( G, H and 3 other towers ) and sent a letter that they have recd Occupancy certificate and we need to make final payment and deposit registration amount to them before 25th Dec ..which we have done .. They also collected 1 year advance Maintenance cheque from us ..and told us that Maintenance will be applicable from 1st Jan and we can shift to the houses .. so I am not sure ..what is the status now ..I tried calling few folks in Godrej but none had clarity ..

Could you clarify which 3 towers? My apartment is in tower E and I have not received any of these said communications (maintenance/registration/final payment) so far and have been told that i will get occupancy of my apartment in mid-March.

The information for 5 towers was given by Godrej to me , I know of 3 people who have flats in tower H and all of them have recd possession letters and we all have infact made all payments and paid for Registry and advance Maint account . Let me search for that mail from Godrej and paste it here .
