Further, the fittings used are all top of the line brands.

It’s sad to see no response from Godrej CRM for any type of requests what so ever. All emails seem to go in the black box. Please let me know what’s the Official process of escalation in Godrej.

Felt very disappointed after reading some reviews of Godrej Frontier construction quality feedback by the user “RishiP” on very respected RE website IREF. It will be shocking to learn if it is really true.
below is the excerpt:

Since we are in the interior design business, we have seen apartments made by most builders in Gurgaon. The kind of construction and materials used in Godrej Frontier is similar to what other builders provided in apartments more than a decade ago. Last few years construction has better specs. For ex. Imported marble in drawing/dining area, wooden flooring in all rooms, better sanitary ware and fittings including tiles in bathrooms, granite in lobby area, modular kitchens, etc. Bestech Park View Spa Next was launched at a similar time as Godrej Frontier and at lower price range in Sector 67 which is near Sohna Road and has all the above specs and flats come with ACs installed. Why should Godrej provide such low specs. 20 Kms away from Gurgaon where land costs are much lower? I am not comparing what they promised and what they are delivering as finishing is still to be done.”
