I have been offered to possess the unit in tower F. They told me that all the towers are being offered for possession in one go and maintenance bill will kick in wef Jan 1.
Clearly there seems to be some disconnect.

In the possession letter ,Godrej has mentioned that HVAT and advocate fees will be communicated separately , what does that mean .. I thought this is the final amount which they are asking ..why do we have to pay HVAT ..many builders have not charged that ..why will Godrej be charging that .. Can someone pls let me know if they have more insight abt this ..

Hi All,

I am in the process of securing possession within next 2 weeks once the snags are taken care of. 

1. Output quality of the finished apartment is very poor and no where close to a luxury project. Fitments used are of very ordinary quality.

2. Landscaping is quite patchy and uninspiring. 

3. There is no play area of kids or even a jogging track as committed.

4. No communication system is installed in the flats. 

5. Kitchen door eats into the usable space inside the kitchen.

6. Lifts are small sized.

7. There are no borewells and there is 100 percent dependency on water tankers!

Above list is representative and not exhaustive. Godrej seal of trust has been misused. Please do not rely on Godrej to take of your interests and do a thorough checking before taking possession.

Dhbvn electricity connection was promised.

Are lifts in nearby (Vatika ,besttech ) apartments bigger comparatively ?

How does overall quality compare to bestech 81 ?

Just spoke with Godrej  - Jan 16 is an all Godrej customer Get together and Godrej wont be handing over Flat keys on Jan 16.

Also, they have further pushed out the possession dates for 3 towers (including tower C) and now they are promising possession in March 2015.

That part of Gurgaon has lot of in habitation why can't they get corporation (mcd) water ?  Puzzling.

Communication channel , jogging track may take few months.
