My piece of advise is write directly to Adi Godrej, as chances are Phirojsha Godrej would know about what quality is going on for internal furnishing as he generally remains in control of thing. Moreover Adi is considered to be more sensible & professional that his children's.

& If you write in accompany that with some pictures and comparison with other builders.  Since I am not in India, but consider all my support for this cause. Godrej can't make us look fool after commitment.
