We are setting a record now, two blog posts in a week, and this one is from Melissa!!!!
I hope you enjoy her story of a typical shopping day!
I don't know if you noticed or not, but this last blog Go to the Top was e-mailed out directly, it was a new setting I was trying out. Normally I send out an e-mail with links to the blog (like this e-mail). I am wanting to get some feedback as to which you like better, so I have put a poll on the home page of our blog. It should be on the right hand side. Please let me know if you have a preference about how the e-mails are sent out. I think that the font was a little large on Go to the Top, but that is easily correctable in future e-mails. In addition to the new e-mail setting I used Microsoft Word to post the blog, this created the larger font. (Not sure that anyone really cares, and all this really does is show my geekiness)
In other news, we have several short-term mission teams coming in starting June 9th, and we will be hosting teams pretty much non-stop until we go on furlough starting July 16th. We plan on being in Florida for two weeks, and then I will return to the DR while Melissa and Kate continue visiting friends and family for two more weeks. We look forward to seeing many of you while we are in the States. However, over the next few weeks, our communications may be even more sparse than usual, as we go into a pretty hectic schedule.
