Dear all,

Thank you for taking part in today's meeting and it's fantastic we can finish it earlier! :) 

Here is output and action item to be done with DDL. 

• 6 Communities are sufficient and with great cooperation opportunities yet Flora needs to compile all the information into a trix for account follow ups.
• Remember to exclude those communities have cooperation with other LC already
• A potential host profile from community included will be a plus
• Mock cold calls with Yvonne and Sherri 
• DDL:  Finish communities database creation and a one-hour mock call with David by this Sunday, please book me one hour through google calendar! 

• EP Management Process (From promotion to realization and to the end of project) needs to be better defined and structured and it will need Yvonne/Flora's help on details (Since you will have more past operational experiences) [Sherri has exceeded my expectation so far with great motivation and fast learning skills!!! Keep going!!! :D]
• Yvonne please send me the soft copy of EP JD creation document asap so I can scan through and write it by our next meeting 
• A cross-functional meeting with Communication will be coordinated by Yvonne to create well-design promotion materials to potential EPs
• DDL: Finish the promotion materials design by next Thu. and present EP Mgt. Process v.2 to me 
• A well-org EP Mgt Process shall include 1. Process Name, 2. Brief description (objective and duration) about the Process, 3. Key stakeholders involved within the process and 4. Action needs executing
