Hi, I'm interestend in using joda DateTime in my GWT projects.
If I can help you developing or testing something I would be happy to
do that.
I've already downloaded source-code but I'm new in developing GWT
libraries so I need some help to start working on it.

You should just be able to package and use it. The only thing it doesn't do particularly well is deal with time zones. You can work with it converting to and from J.U.Date and it will play nice, but a lot of browsers don't have meaningful TZ info, and the current version doesn't have the full JODA suite of i18n timezone information.
