God sending emails with no content.

God started sending emails with no content. Here's an example:

Message: 
Host: ip-10-0-5-47
Priority: 
Category: 

I've gone from 0.12.1 to 0.13.1. But I switched back to 0.12.1 and I still have the same problem. The only other change I can think of is I switched from ruby 1.9.3 p280 to p392.

Has anyone else seen this?

Turns out the breakage occurs going from 0.12.1 to 0.13.0. Haven't had
time to narrow it down to the specific commit. When I go to 0.13.0 my
alert emails are missing information. The subject line is just
[God]

and the body is what I pasted in below.
