I had god running and loved it.  Then I upgraded using rvm to 1.9.3 on a mac 10.8.6.  If I start god normally (as user) it just quits with no error message.  If I run is as sudo or -D it runs fine.  I've reinstalled god (and ruby 1.9.3) and that did not make any difference.

Any ideas?

Thanks

if any of your configurations change the uid's or gid's, it must be started as root.
