Condition 'God::Conditions::ProcessExits' requires an event system but none has been loaded

We have two nodes, among one God is not starting automatically during boot.

I see this error message in the log file

the god status command gives this message

The server is not available (or you do not have permissions to access it)

the god check command gives this message

using event system: netlink

starting event handler

forking off new process

forked process with pid = 2160

killing process

[ok] process exit event received

God version

Version: 0.11.0

Polls: enabled

Events: netlink

Ruby version

ruby 1.8.7 (2013-06-27 patchlevel 374) [x86_64-linux]

Gem version - 1.3.7

How ever if i start the god manually , god is coming up. and if i reboot after that, god is down again.

Kindly help me to solve this issue.
