Sprint has extended the deadline for nominations for the Sprint Youth
Community Champions Program until 5:00 p.m. CDT on June 1, 2010.
Please consider nominating a New York City area high school student
(in high school during the 2010-11 school year) that has made a
difference in the New York City community. Below is some additional
information about the program.

Sprint Youth Community Champions Program – Recognizing a local high
school student
The Sprint Youth Community Champions Program recognizes one high-
school student who has made positive impacts on the people and
organizations in the New York City community. The high-school student
that is selected will have a $2,500 grant donated in his or her name
to a qualified non-profit organization of his or her choice. Eligible
youth must reside in the New York City area (Bronx, Kings, Nassau, New
York, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk and Westchester
counties in New York, and Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex,
Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex and Union counties
in New Jersey).

Nominations for the Sprint Youth Community Champions Program will be
accepted through 5:00pm CDT on Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at
www.sprint.com/communitychampion. The selected individual will be
notified by early August, and grants in the individual's name will be
awarded to the qualifying organization of their choice by the end of
the year.
