automatic build on save

Just upgrade to 0.14.1v201602251806 (Mars 4.5.1, CDT 8.8.0). It does not seem to build on save automatically like in 0.13.0. How do I enable it?  Or is double click on "Build Target" the only way to do development?

If you enable "Save automatically before build" in the general preferences, you can then use Ctrl+B (Build Workspace) to achieve a similar effect. Or better yet, bind a key to the "Build Project" command, to build just the current project.
