I cannot install gocolipse with URL goclipse2 - http://goclipse.github.io/releases in china, (both online and local)

I cannot install the Gocolipse in my laptop. Shows pending all the time.

BTW, I've tried the solution for China. Download the tar ball of Gocolipse. And creationg gocolipse installer locally with release folder(go_local2 - file:/home/velly/download/goclipse.github.io-master/releases). It doesn't work.

Can you try with an Eclipse package that already contains CDT, such as "Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers" (http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/eclipse-ide-cc-developers/mars2) . Also make sure the option "Contact all updates sites during installation to find required software" is unchecked. Let me know if that works.

A little strange.  My personal computer under OS,Win10 seems working well, even not being blocked.  I don't why. Might be something is not okay in Ubuntu16 or linux eclipse mars2. ( I will update this thread if necessary)
