Hi Team,
I propose a change to our review process for agent-appealed cases. When reviewer QAs receive an appealed lead, they should assess it as a fresh case. This means they would not have access to prior markdowns, comments from aligned QAs, or the agent's appeals comments.
I believe this approach will significantly increase the transparency and fairness of our appeal review process. By preventing reviewer QAs from seeing prior markdowns,
We ensure they evaluate each case independently based solely on the current information in the vector or as a fresh lead. This also helps eliminate any potential bias that might arise from being influenced by an agent's appealed comments or aligned QA comments.
This idea has been successfully implemented going forward Reviewer QAs will no longer have access to appeal comments and will now treat appeal leads as new.
Regards,
Devendra
