Need Clarification on "Website Under construction" cases.

Hi Team ,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to get clarity on how we're handling "Website under construction" cases ( or partially created / only domain registered). There seems to be a misalignment between how agents currently process such cases and the QA team's feedback, as nothing is documented regarding the same .

We need your opinion to clarify the right approaches to follow and to document it for future reference.

Below are the few scenarios which were reported in recent previous days on which we need your guidance on how to proceed with it . Should we enrich these cases or should we mark these as CFA or CFP based on DM.  

Case 1 : When the website is under construction stating : ' we'll be back soon / we are under processing "   -  DM is available and there is a presence of the company on social media and on Google search . 

Case 2 : Same as above - DM is not available , there is a  presence of the company on social media and on Google search . 

Case 2 : Url is not working but on research it is registered by the company's name . DM is available .

Case 3 : Website is partially created , No social media presence , DM is available at some third party source .

The company domain is registered by the owner but there is no more details than that , how should we proceed in such a case ?

In Case 2, you mentioned "URL is not working but on research it is registered by the company's name." Could you specify where it is registered?
