Can we all participate more on answering the queries, I see only a few are contributing the most. 

Also, can we set up a meeting with the Top 3 Pooja's from the agent side to help them better by taking special sessions?

Hello Ram , 

Those QAs have attended the queries but not updated them in the trix on time. I have discussed with them and made the numbers updated . Below is the screenshot for the updated Queries by them .

Another observation is that not all of the QAs are following the respective slots and taking it lightly while answering the queries in their own slot.
