Remington Speedmaster Model 552 Serial Number !!TOP!!

Trying to date and price my old school remington speedmaster 552. It's got wear and tear but a nice gun to look at. Needs cleaning. Trying to get a date on it but as you can see all I've got it the anchor, c and j and then a diamond. Based on your chart weve determined april of either 1940 or I think 1969. We're sure it isnt the 1989 model and I'm leaning more towards the 60s model...
