manuscript pre-prints posted to arXiv, VCFParser issue fixed

We have posted the Goby/compression manuscript as a pre-print on arXiv. See http://arxiv.org/abs/1211.6664. 

Similarly, we have also posted the GobyWeb pre-print. Comments/feedback on these manuscripts most welcome.

 

Also of note if you use the Goby VCFParser, this issue has been fixed in GitHub stable branch (but not included in a release yet, it will be in the next one).
