Record a hit

Hey, does anyone know a way to record a sample during a live performance and use it as a hit in go button. I make clown comedy shows and want an audience member to make a tennis grunt noise and then have another audience member be able to play the hit with a flic button controller. Any thoughts? Im solo in the show so wouldn't have much time to for example record and export and add from grage band for eg.thanks
