Master Volume on iPhone

I just installed the free version of Go Button and it's great the one thing that I can't figure out is the location of the Master Volume slider.. Here's a picture of my screen.

That screenshot is from a different app -- it's not from Go Button. You can find Go Button on the App Store here:

In Go Button, the main "Volume" toggle button is in the bottom toolbar of the player screen.
