Hey Green Oasis gang,

Our event is fast approaching and I want to make sure that we take advantage of these last couple of days.

A few things -- if you haven't gotten Tim's flyer and still want it, please email me and I'll send it along.

We would love to have the flyer all over the neighborhood -- there are some copies in the garden to put up but, feel free to make your own copies as well.  And parents!  Please get the announcement out to your kids' schools.  We would love to have lots of kids in the garden this weekend.  Sending out the invite and encouraging people to RSVP is important, especially because there is a possibility of rain this weekend -- and if we need to reschedule, we can reach our to the RSVP list to let them know.  And if anyone can send this out to other gardens in the neighborhood, or to Green Thumb, that would be great!

We would love to have as many gardeners in the garden as possible this weekend.  Even if you don't have a designated job, we could use you as a greeter, helping out with the maypole, or just generally chatting with our guests.

And on a simpler note, the two labor things in the garden that need to get done before the weekend are -- the gazebo needs to get tidied up so Brigitte has room to do her sun prints in there and the lumber pile needs to be cleaned up a bit so we don't have any wood with nails on the path. 

Thanks for all the work that you've already done -- we are busy finishing up placards, programs, and other details -- really looking forward to the weekend!
