Hey gang,
Alright, our event is coming up this weekend and there's a few important things for everyone to know.
The event starts at 2 on Saturday and Sunday.
Jason and I will be at the garden from 11 am onward.
Whatever gardeners can be there at 11 to help with set-up and prep, that would be super.
That way we can also get a better idea of who can walk a ribbon in the maypole and maybe even practice it once or twice. For the event itself, we can use as many gardeners there as possible. Even if you don't have a clear job for the day, we can definitely use your help and we want our visitors to be able to chat with gardeners as they come through (and you can help regulate the paths if that is a concern for you!) And, of course, we need at least 10 gardeners present each day so we can do the maypole to help end the event!
There is a strong possibility of rain. If we get rained out, we will have to postpone until next weekend.
We will make the call later today. Saturday is looking better than Sunday right now, in terms of weather.
If you have not yet responded to Tim's email asking for some wishes for the garden, please do so.
We can still use as many voices around the garden as we can get.

I did not realize there was the possibility of postponing until next week?
At what time will a decision be made?

That's still being decided, but we're thinking Sat AM for both.

We want to try and make the call about weather by noon tomorrow.

It looks as if
rain is predicted more for Saturday night than Saturday daytime, with chance -up
to 80% on Sunday.

You can write a wish or a sentence or a phrase or a poem or...
Just remember that it may be edited to fit with the writing of others
