i am not sure why some filters are not used in some functionality
a) why not also filter inactive projects and categories from next actipns list like in todo. should be at least an option and would bring best of both together.
b) why show someday and stopped projects in review. someday projects have their own list and stopped projects will be reviewed through refocus.

so in general I like the structured process oriented approach of the app. would be great if you could further refine it.
