BITS Goa Subchapter

Hello Fellow Developers,

I am Rohan Goel a third year computer science undergraduate from BITS Pilani K.K. Birla Goa Campus. I was considering the possibility of opening a Google Developers Group for our campus and came to know of the existence of a Goa Chapter. After going through your website (http://goa.gtugs.org/subchapters) I came to know that we had subchapter for our campus a few years back but it is sadly not functional presently. I would love to revive the initiative and open the sub chapter again with the help of the CS Association of our campus. Any leads on the same will be very helpful.
