Thank you for the copy of CKEDictionary. I went through many pages today soon after I received it. I wish we had sat together for a good format and content for the Dictionary making. You see similar efforts in Goa and online from ManddSobhann. All are similar: word assemblage without structure and idiom construction. If I had my money back from Baibol translation into Konkani (20000 copies at 85 lakhs of rupees; it was boycotted by the Mangalore bishop and five priests with public announcement), I would have by now a Konkani Utramdaiz like German Deutsche Wortschatz. I was trained in it by them.
Anyway, could we work on a common writing system in nagari, romi and kanoddi in the next six months. I do not know how long I would be alive. I have not attended any Conference after 1976 of the parishad and I had the last Shenoy Goybab zolmaxotabdi in Mangalore. Let us do something in common which will last for a lifetime. I think you were in Mangalore on ManddSobhann script meeting, weren't you? If you had told me, I would have met you. I can't travel for lack of lost finance in the last seven years at Alvas in Mudubidri.
