Study Group for Karnataka DPR on Mhadei Diversion

Though this is a bit of an old report, those interested on Mhadei issue may see

While I am not sure of the timeline given to the group to study, it might just add another layer to the bureaucratic response to the issue. A more action oriented response in a much shorter time frame is desirable from the study group if it is to be meaningful.
