A much required initiative both for the youth as well as the older people. The number of people seeking counselling is enormous.  Eventually, they have to visit psychiatrists for lack of initial help. Hope this initiative flourishes. Thanks Frederick.

Have any uncommon reasons been identified for the mental crisis among young people in Goa. 

Uncommon defined as not the usual reasons that are found in other states in India or other countries that have the same problem.
