Hello,
has anybody seen any example of these Goa stones in any Goan museum or historical places in Goa or Portugal today?

In addition to the Met, the Kunst in Vienna has several, as do collections in London. As far as object in Goa or Portugal, there are bezoars in the Tàvora Sequeira Pinto collection in Porto which have and will go on display there. These object have a possible/arguable provenance from Goa.
