Keep Calm and Prompt On: Co-Creating Inclusive OER with AI

Three educators open the same handbook.  One has a laptop and reliable
broadband, one has a shared smartphone and poor connectivity, one has a
printed page and no internet.  All three get nearly the same experience.
Natasha explains how that was built into "Keep Calm and STEAM Ahead," an
arts-integrated SEL handbook developed through the Open Education for a
Better World programme, and where AI helped: simplifying dense material,
generating transcripts, and supporting accessibility features.  She also
covers what the process got wrong and where AI-generated content hit its limits.
