Well, it looks like I am among the 'more serious' when it comes to jettisoning the books I have extra copies of, while also seriously picking up Goa-related books. This is what I collect (rather seriously, since my early 20's ... don't ask how far back that was!) As I was discussing with Pantaleão (another serious Goa book collector) yesterday, the reason why I started collecting books was primarily to help me myself understand a tiny-but-complex Goa which I could hardly comprehend much of in my younger days!

Anyway, to get to the point, these are among the books I picked up at Nuvem (H&H /Homegrown & Homemade Market) and Calangute (Literati, Second Hand Books Section) over the past two days. If you don't have a copy, eat your heart out (you know Goa books can be rather hard to come by, especially when you desperately want them!). Also keep in my that when it comes to loaning books, I strictly go by the principle: Only a food loans his or her books, and only a greater fool returns a book they have borrowed!
