Dear Rico,

The data supplied to you on PhD Scholars is erroenous, some of them
have been dismissed for unsatisfactory work. Amazingly they have been
listed as PHD Scholars. It just shows the rot in education in Goa.
supplying wrong data should be punishable under RTI. Which Anna will
save goa from corruption in Education?
